... and 30 pairs of little underwear!

OMG!!! A toddler urinal. Hilarious. We actually encouraged our boys to sit at home (not out where there are germs and also where other people must clean the bathrooms) because - buys being boys - they are usually in a big hurry to potty and their aim isn't that great. At least not until they are older.
What is your plan? Cold turkey on diapers for a couple of days?
Great idea to have multiple potties though. You will be glad you did that.
We also liked the ring inserts that fit on the big potty as opposed to cleaning the little potties.
At anyrate - knowing your own kids as well as you do - I think you have prepared yourself as well as possible for the task which lies ahead.
